PHILOSOPHY

VAN GELDEREN ARQUITECTOS is a studio founded in Almería, Spain in 1987 by its founding partner Martín Van Gelderen Grether.

It is made up of a multidisciplinary team, composed of architects, engineers and professionals specializing in all areas of project development and civil works, with the main objective of offering contemporary architecture applying bioclimatic and sustainable concepts.

The studio has solid experience in the development of different projects in direct relationship with the client. VAN GELDEREN ARQUITECTOS is committed to teamwork, with specialized professionals, creating an environment that facilitates creativity and rigor to face each project from the design to its correct execution, with a technical thoroughness that allows construction processes to be a mere continuation of the design process. Multiple projects have been developed, including residential complexes, offices, shopping centers, schools and other specialized types such as residences for the elderly and hotels. Currently, VAN GELDEREN ARQUITECTOS is developing projects in Portugal, Paraguay and Spain. This internationalization has allowed professional growth in the exchange of experiences, innovation and diversity.
