Marta van Gelderen López

Architect

Architecture Degree from the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism of the University of Buenos Aires, Urban Planning Technician Degree from the Institute of Local Administration of Madrid. Since 1987 he has been practicing professionally in his studio in Almería, Spain. From the beginning, his work has focused mainly on residential buildings, hotels and residences for the elderly. Currently the studio combines projects in Spain, Portugal, Paraguay and Argentina.

Roberto van Gelderen López

Industrial Engineer

Industrial Engineering Degree from Carlos III University in Madrid. Specialization in Materials Engineering, Masters in Design and Rehabilitation of Nearly Zero-Energy Buildings, licensed BREEAM International New Construction Assessor. anocomposites Research Project at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden. Currently developing sustainable energy studies for projects in Spain and Argentina.

Enrique G. Giménez Schiavi

Architect

Arquitecto por Facultad de Arquitectura, Diseño y Urbanismo de la Uiversidad de Buenos Aires. En Argentina, en su etapa de estudiante, participa en proyectos de diversa índole como proyectista junior. Afincado en España desde 2002, desarrolla su labor profesional como Jefe de Obras, hasta que en 2013 pasa a formar parte del equipo de VAN GELDEREN ARQUITECTOS

Gonzalo Ramirez Rodriguez

Technical architect

Technical Architecture Degree from the University of Granada, Building Engineering Degree from University Camilo José Cela in Madrid, Advanced Course in Project Direction and Management and Construction Project Management from the COAIE in Madrid. He has worked as Site Manager at Constructora de Obras Públicas Andaluzas S.A. since 2010. Has carried out construction management for buildings in Residential, Hospital, Industrial, Public, Sports, Hotel and Residences for the Elderly as well as in civil works developments and electrical substations.

Maria Jose Cortes Molina

Project Coordinator

Degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Almería. Senior Technician in Development of Urban Projects and Topographic Operations. She has established her entire professional career in the field of architecture and has specialized in coordinating projects of various kinds.

Marta Castilla Sánchez

Architect

Architect from S.E.K. Camilo José Cela University in Madrid. Master’s in BIM, specialized in architectural modeling, structures, and systems installations. Previous experience as a Retail Project Technician, focusing on product design and engineering supervision. In 2018, she joined VAN GELDEREN ARQUITECTOS as a project coordinator.
